Conscious Embodiment is a practice derived from the revolutionary non-aggressive
martial art of Aikido. This practice allows us to unify the energy of the body
and thus learn to trust our sensations, which are the basis of bodily intuition
and wisdom. Using principles from Aikido and other spiritual practices, these
classes offer ways of understanding mental and emotional habits of attention
from an energetic viewpoint. There is within each of us a latent power of
intuition and unconditional love. By cultivating this natural healing power, we
can increase our capacity for wisdom, confidence, and happiness that will
radiate out into the world. |

Embodied leadership brings a holistic understanding to leadership that honors and unites the conceptual, emotional and embodied aspects of ourselves. Over the last 25 years Wendy has developed an embodied leadership approach which she teaches with humor, patience and wisdom. You will learn tools and practices that will develop presence, confidence, and compassion as you deal with challenges in your organization and other areas in your life. You will learn how to work effectively from your "centered self" rather than your "personality oriented reactive self." For more information, please contact Wendy Palmer. |

October 17-19, 2008 Location: Esalen, Big Sur, CA with Steven Harper and Wendy Palmer Steven Harper & Wendy Palmer There is within each of us the power of presence, wisdom, and compassion.
