The retreat is open for students that have completed a level one or equivalent course and is a requirement for those who are interested in the CE Teacher Training. This retreat is an intensive that involves sitting meditation and C.E. practices. Each exercise is practiced for a silent 30 minute period, giving us a chance to deepen our practice. The sitting meditation sessions are 30 minutes long. We will start at 6pm on Friday and end at 1 pm on Sunday. The retreat size will be no more than 16 people.
The cost for the weekend is $500.00 scholarships are available. Please send a $100.00 nonrefundable deposit to confirm a reservation.
